Salary: $296,000 — $407,000 USD

What you will do

• Serve as the core operational partner to the CRO, translating strategic goals into actionable operational plans.
• Lead multi-functional teams across Sales, Partner, XDR, and Customer Success/Professional Services Operations.
• Own annual planning workstreams, including territory design, quota setting, and headcount planning.
• Develop the GTM Operations roadmap to maximize sales productivity and customer retention.
• Optimize end-to-end GTM processes to identify and implement efficiency improvements across the customer lifecycle.
• Collaborate with Finance and GTM leadership to manage forecasting rigor, accuracy, and business performance metrics.

Requirements

• 12+ years of progressive experience in Sales, GTM, or Business Operations within the B2B SaaS industry.
• 5+ years of experience leading large, multi-functional operations teams.
• Proven track record as a strategic partner to a CRO or C-level executive.
• Deep expertise in GTM planning, territory design, and sales process optimization.
• Mastery of CRM systems, preferably Salesforce.
• Must be based on US Soil.
