What you will do

• Coordinate interviews end-to-end across teams, time zones, and phone, video, and in-person formats.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates and maintain a clear, respectful experience throughout the hiring process.
• Maintain accurate candidate data, progress tracking, follow-ups, and next steps in the ATS.
• Prepare interview materials, briefing documents, and internal coordination.
• Identify recruiting inefficiencies, propose improvements, and support scalable hiring infrastructure.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in recruiting coordination, recruiting operations, or a fast-paced administrative role.
• Exceptional organization, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Clear and professional written and verbal communication.
• Experience with an ATS, CRM, and modern productivity tools.
• Comfort interacting with senior leaders and founders, exercising judgment, and working autonomously.
• Must be able to work on-site in New York City.
