Salary: $135,000 – $220,000 + Equity

What you will do

• Partner with hiring managers to define role scopes, success profiles, and hiring strategies aligned with business priorities.
• Contribute to the design of talent processes, programs, and tooling for the People function.
• Build and maintain proactive talent pipelines to anticipate future demand.
• Execute structured, data-informed hiring processes while maintaining a high bar for talent quality.
• Advise senior stakeholders on team structuring and strategic sequencing of hires.
• Ensure an exceptional candidate experience from initial contact through to the offer stage.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition within high-growth environments.
• Recent and proven experience specifically hiring legal talent.
• Ability to influence and challenge senior stakeholders on hiring strategy.
• Capable of managing multiple complex searches simultaneously without loss of quality.
• Strong bias toward action and ability to thrive in ambiguous conditions.
• Must be based in or able to work on-site in New York City.
