What you will do

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment cycles from initial intake to onboarding.
  • Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and hiring strategies.
  • Create clear job documentation and marketing materials for open vacancies.
  • Build proactive talent pipelines and engage candidates ahead of demand.
  • Support initiatives in recruitment automation, tooling, and process improvement.
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with data protection standards.

Requirements

  • Must be a permanent US citizen or Green Card holder.
  • Proven experience managing full-cycle recruitment across multiple vacancies.
  • Strong ability to partner with hiring managers and provide strategic guidance.
  • Experience with ATS platforms and recruitment systems.
  • Ability to work independently within a wider HR function.
  • Attention to detail regarding data protection and hiring documentation.

Nice to have

  • Experience with direct sourcing methods like LinkedIn and referrals.
  • Background in structured, process-driven TA environments.
  • Exposure to AI-supported recruitment tools or automation.
  • Relevant degree in Human Resources or Business Administration.
