What you will do
- Manage end-to-end recruitment cycles from initial intake to onboarding.
- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and hiring strategies.
- Create clear job documentation and marketing materials for open vacancies.
- Build proactive talent pipelines and engage candidates ahead of demand.
- Support initiatives in recruitment automation, tooling, and process improvement.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with data protection standards.
Requirements
- Must be a permanent US citizen or Green Card holder.
- Proven experience managing full-cycle recruitment across multiple vacancies.
- Strong ability to partner with hiring managers and provide strategic guidance.
- Experience with ATS platforms and recruitment systems.
- Ability to work independently within a wider HR function.
- Attention to detail regarding data protection and hiring documentation.
Nice to have
- Experience with direct sourcing methods like LinkedIn and referrals.
- Background in structured, process-driven TA environments.
- Exposure to AI-supported recruitment tools or automation.
- Relevant degree in Human Resources or Business Administration.
