Talent Acquisition Manager (Defense)

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end recruiting across technical, operational, and support functions for the US entity.
• Build and own sourcing strategies tailored to the US talent market.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and calibrate on profiles.
• Manage the full candidate lifecycle from sourcing and screening to offer structuring.
• Drive high-volume hiring while simultaneously managing senior-level searches.
• Represent the company as an employer of choice in the defense-tech and autonomous systems space.

Requirements

• 6+ years of Talent Acquisition experience in fast-scaling tech, deep-tech, or industrial companies.
• Proven track record of running high-volume and senior searches simultaneously.
• Strong command of the US talent market with existing networks in engineering and defense.
• Hands-on experience with ATS platforms and HRIS systems.
• Intellectually rigorous and data-driven approach to pipeline management.
• Autonomous mindset with the ability to make sound judgments in a fast-paced environment.

• Experience with Ashby ATS.
