Head of Talent (AI)

Location: San Francisco office only for this role. Relocation and visa support are available for strong full-time candidates relocating to the United States or Singapore.

hirify.global builds infrastructure for creating reinforcement-learning training data and evaluations for frontier AI agents and operates a marketplace for selling them to frontier labs.

What you will do

• Own end-to-end recruiting for engineering, product, and go-to-market roles.
• Build and optimize recruiting operations, tooling, and automated workflows.
• Partner with founders and team leads to define role requirements, evaluation criteria, and interview processes.
• Source exceptional candidates through high-signal and unconventional channels, and evaluate technical competence and product-market intuition.
• Develop product knowledge to engage and pitch technical candidates credibly.
• Support onboarding, new-hire ramp, performance reviews, leveling, and feedback systems.

Requirements

• Experience hiring for engineering, product, and go-to-market roles.
• Ability to evaluate candidates through portfolios and projects, not only resumes.
• Ability to understand and communicate technical concepts credibly with candidates.
• Strong organization, talent judgment, and ability to manage multiple roles and pipelines.
• Early-stage startup experience and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work from the San Francisco office.

Nice to have

• Creative sourcing experience and experience evaluating non-traditional candidate profiles.
• Familiarity with Ashby, Juicebox, or Clay.
• Experience with vibe coding and AI-powered workflow automation.
• Exposure to or ownership of people and HR functions.
