What you will do

• Define technical architectures for complex robotics systems, including mobile robots, robotic arms, drones, and autonomous platforms.
• Design reusable integration frameworks connecting robotics platforms with cloud and enterprise ecosystems.
• Lead delivery from prototypes and proof-of-concepts through production-ready systems.
• Establish robotics architecture standards, design patterns, and engineering best practices.
• Architect perception, SLAM, planning, control, and multi-robot coordination systems while overseeing simulation and validation.
• Collaborate with AI, cloud, embedded, and product specialists, and lead client workshops, architecture presentations, and pre-sales activities.

Requirements

• Degree in Robotics, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience designing robotics system architectures and end-to-end solutions, with leadership and mentoring experience.
• Expert proficiency in C++ and/or Python and strong experience with ROS2 standards and best practices.
• Deep knowledge of SLAM, sensor fusion, localization, mapping, motion planning, control systems, real-time computing, and hardware-software co-design.
• Hands-on experience with mobile robots, robotic arms, drones, autonomous systems, multi-robot integration, and simulation tools such as Isaac Sim or Gazebo.
• Knowledge of cloud and IoT ecosystems, industrial and embedded technologies, deployment pipelines, and technical pre-sales.
