Solutions Architect

Solutions Architect (Enterprise): Define and guide enterprise architecture across applications, cloud, integrations, infrastructure, data and security with an accent on scalability, resilience and alignment to technology strategy. Focus on producing high-quality solution designs for new products and enhancements, leading Technical Design Authority, and collaborating with stakeholders to modernize legacy systems and reduce complexity.

Location: Hybrid (Stansted – 3 days per week, 2 days remote)

Salary: GBP £50,000–£65,000/Yr.

What you will do

• Define and maintain enterprise and target state architecture across all domains.
• Produce solution designs for new products, enhancements and integrations.
• Lead Technical Design Authority and govern architectural standards, principles and patterns.
• Provide guidance and assurance to delivery teams on best practices.
• Shape integration architecture for secure and reliable data flows.
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders to simplify concepts and support business cases.
• Identify risks early and embed security and compliance by design.

Requirements

• Hybrid work in Stansted, UK (3 days office, 2 days remote)
• Strong experience across enterprise architecture domains: cloud, data, applications, infrastructure, security.
• Deep knowledge of modern patterns, SaaS adoption, API/event-based integrations, resilience.
• Experience establishing and governing architecture standards/principles.
• Ability to balance cost, complexity, scalability, security.
• Strong communication skills; familiarity with TOGAF, SAFe Architect or BCS.
