What you will do

• Implement hirify.global software and services within large-scale enterprise environments.
• Guide complex customers through their Apache Airflow adoption and optimization journeys.
• Serve as the primary technical interface between customers, sales, and product teams.
• Troubleshoot and manage distributed systems and complex SaaS infrastructure.
• Design and maintain cloud-native data architectures.
• Communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United Kingdom.
• Strong experience with Kubernetes (GKE, EKS, AKS, or OpenShift).
• Expertise in at least one programming language and ability to read code.
• Deep understanding of network complexities and cloud-native data architectures.
• Proficiency with CLI tools, git, and troubleshooting distributed systems.
• Strong customer-facing, oral, and written communication skills.

Nice to have

• Prior experience with Apache Airflow, Dagster, Prefect, or Temporal.
• Proficiency in Python or Go.
• Experience with infrastructure automation tools like Terraform, Pulumi, or Ansible.
• Background in regulated enterprise data environments.
• Experience with ElasticSearch, Prometheus, or Vault.
