Location: Hybrid (Reading, UK or Barcelona, Spain)

What you will do
- Define and maintain enterprise architecture strategy focused on AI, data platforms, and intelligent systems.
- Lead end-to-end product solution architecture, ensuring alignment with AI strategy and business outcomes.
- Establish AI governance frameworks, including ethics, bias mitigation, and regulatory compliance.
- Evolve enterprise data architecture and AI platform strategies, including MLOps and model lifecycle management.
- Advise executive leadership on AI strategy, risks, and opportunities to influence corporate direction.
- Manage and mentor a global community of architects, focusing on talent development and succession planning.
Requirements
- Deep expertise in enterprise architecture and governance.
- Proven experience with AI/ML architectures and large-scale data ecosystems.
- Expertise in cloud platforms and distributed systems.
- Strong leadership experience in solution, product, and customer architecture at enterprise scale.
- Must be based in or able to work from Reading (UK) or Barcelona (Spain).
