What you will do

• Shape the technical direction of product areas by designing scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions in a "Sprint 0" mode.
• Collaborate with Product Management, Design, and Development Managers to align architecture with business goals.
• Support engineers in resolving architectural challenges and validating design decisions during implementation.
• Establish technical standards, manage architectural debt, and mentor Technical Leads to improve engineering practices.
• Ensure seamless integration of shared services across the broader hirify.global SaaS platform.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in software engineering and solution architecture for enterprise-scale distributed systems.
• Must have valid authorization to work in Canada.
• Expert-level experience with Microsoft Azure, including cloud-native architecture, networking, and security.
• Deep expertise in Identity and Access Management (IAM) including OAuth2, OpenID Connect, SAML, and RBAC/ABAC/ReBAC.
• Strong understanding of API-first design, event-driven architectures, and microservices.
• Experience leveraging AI-powered development tools to enhance engineering productivity and code quality.
