Salary: $120,800–$151,000 annually + 14% Target Incentives

What you will do

• Design and deliver VMware/Hyper-V and collaboration solutions meeting client requirements.
• Serve as the technical authority for upgrades, migrations, security enhancements, and policy development.
• Collaborate with internal teams, end-users, and Microsoft representatives on project delivery.
• Mentor and develop Consultants, Engineers, and Technicians on technical and soft skills.
• Act as a subject matter expert at trade shows, events, and speaking engagements.
• Advise on and manage complex solution deployments while maintaining high customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Must be based in Toronto, Calgary, or Vancouver, Canada
• 8+ years of experience in a client-facing professional services role or 10+ years of related industry experience.
• Deep technical knowledge of VCF 9.0 architecture, vSphere, NSX, vSAN, and SDDC Manager.
• Relevant certifications including VCAP-NV (2024) and VMware Cloud Foundation Architect.
• Ability to travel up to 10% of the time.
• Degree or diploma in Computer Science/IT or equivalent industry experience.
