Salary: $66,900–$86,000 per year.

What you will do

• Supervise and coach employees and team leaders across multiple manufacturing work areas.
• Prioritize production schedules based on product introductions, equipment efficiency, and material availability.
• Ensure production output meets schedule, quality, safety, and operational requirements.
• Lead continuous improvement and problem-solving initiatives using lean manufacturing principles.
• Plan capacity, staffing, material supply, Kanban levels, equipment, and production-area schedules.
• Evaluate performance, manage corrective actions, lead tier meetings, and coordinate with supervisors and support teams.

Requirements

• Eligible to work under ITAR restrictions as a U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident, or qualifying refugee or asylee. Temporary visa holders are not eligible.
• At least 5 years of relevant manufacturing or operations management experience.
• Experience with lean manufacturing, continuous improvement, and structured problem-solving methods such as A3 and DMAIC.
• Strong communication, coaching, motivation, influence, conflict management, and interpersonal skills.
• Planning and project management skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Bachelor’s degree in an applicable discipline preferred.
