Focus on securing high-quality meetings for Account Executives and managing a robust sales pipeline.

Location: Hybrid (Amsterdam, Netherlands). Minimum of 3 days per week in the office.

What you will do

• Research and identify potential leads within the Benelux markets to create new business opportunities.
• Execute cold outreach via calls, emails, and social channels to engage decision-makers.
• Secure and schedule qualified meetings for Account Executives to maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
• Manage and update the CRM system to track lead progress and pipeline status.
• Collaborate with an experienced team to build industry knowledge and refine sales skills.

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in sales, business development, marketing, or client services.
• Dutch fluency is required for effective stakeholder engagement in the Benelux market.
• Strong communication skills and comfort with cold calling to build rapport.
• Proactive hunter mentality with a focus on consistency and ownership of outreach.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
