Founding Enterprise Sales Development Representative (Benelux): Generate and qualify leads to build hirify.global’s SME and Growth sales pipeline across the Benelux market with an accent on Dutch-speaking prospecting, early sales funnel management, and CRM-driven reporting. Focus on qualifying high-value opportunities, coordinating handover to Enterprise Account Executives, and improving demand generation through testing outreach touchpoints.

What you will do

  • Initiate customer outreach via email and cold calling, and follow up across touchpoints in the customer journey
  • Qualify and move leads through the funnel, then connect them to a salesperson and arrange meetings
  • Discover prospect needs through effective questioning to prepare a handoff to sales
  • Maintain and update activity and contact information in the CRM and support reporting
  • Test outreach touchpoints and recommend outreach strategies and best practices
  • Collaborate with Marketing and work closely with Account Executives on handover and first calls

Requirements

  • Dutch: advanced verbal and written communication skills are a must
  • Track record of top performance or prior success in a related sales development activity
  • Strong interest in technology and/or financial services
  • Ability to operate independently while working as a team player
  • Process-driven mindset with strong prioritization and judgment in complex situations
