What you will do

• Win back lapsed partners through outbound calls and email outreach.
• Conduct testimonial conversations with partners to build a social proof library.
• Manage the partner inbox and serve as the first point of contact for incoming conversations.
• Maintain HubSpot CRM hygiene by cleaning partner records and closing data gaps.
• Coordinate partner onboarding and notify partners when new vendors join the platform.
• Generate reports on reconnections, follow-ups, and the testimonial pipeline.

Requirements

• Fluent English proficiency (written and spoken).
• Passion for phone communication and ability to convince others.
• Strong organizational skills and a bias toward action.
• Detail-oriented mindset with comfort handling CRM data.
• Must be able to start from September 1st.
• Must be based in or able to work from the Utrecht office.
