Business Development Manager (Foodservice)

What you will do

• Collaborate with distributor partners to increase Dining Alliance membership and market share.
• Onboard new members and cross-sell platform services, including Back Office SaaS solutions.
• Build and maintain strategic relationships with distributor sales representatives and managers.
• Lead customer meetings, deliver sales presentations, and conduct distributor training sessions.
• Participate in distributor rollout sales blitzes.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in business development, account management, or field sales within foodservice, hospitality, or procurement.
• Established professional network within the Dutch foodservice market.
• Experience driving growth through distributor or channel partners.
• Professional fluency in both Dutch and English (written and spoken).
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel 50% within the Netherlands.
• Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
