What you will do

  • Own the full sales cycle from prospecting and discovery to negotiation and closing.
  • Develop deep fluency in AI finance offerings and design company-specific use cases for AgentOS.
  • Manage and grow a portfolio of existing startup customers to ensure long-term retention and expansion.
  • Build and maintain strategic relationships with venture capital partners and startup ecosystem players.
  • Represent the company at industry events, meetups, and accelerator programs to build brand presence.
  • Provide feedback to product teams to refine AI-driven financial solutions based on customer insights.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of sales experience in B2B SaaS, fintech, or payments.
  • Proven track record of selling into venture-backed startups or working within the startup ecosystem.
  • Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to lead discovery and build tailored business cases.
  • Deep familiarity with the Asia startup landscape, including key VCs and accelerators.
  • Strong acumen with AI tools and agentic workflows, with the ability to explain complex technology to non-technical founders.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems like Salesforce and structured pipeline management.
