What you will do

• Deliver market research, impact sizing, synthesis, and workshop materials alongside the Principal.
• Manage engagement timelines, trackers, open items, and coordination across Solutions Engineering and Design.
• Develop research and supporting materials for client conversations and vertical thought leadership.
• Document findings, debriefs, hand-offs, and reusable patterns to improve the advisory playbook.
• Identify opportunities to automate or templatize advisory work and build AI-powered workflows with baseline measurement.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience, ideally equivalent consulting experience at a Tier 1 firm such as McKinsey, Bain, or BCG.
• Experience with structured, analytics-driven problem solving and turning ambiguous inputs into clear recommendations.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to produce executive-ready findings and materials.
• Strong diligence, organization, and ownership across multiple workstreams.
• Technical credibility and the ability to challenge engineering assumptions regarding architecture and accuracy.
• Hands-on daily use of GenAI tools, plus commercial judgment and the ability to articulate ROI.

Nice to have

• Experience developing or deploying GenAI applications in an enterprise setting.
• Exposure to enterprise AI or consumer, financial and professional services, healthcare, or life sciences.
• Experience designing and synthesizing design-thinking workshops.
