Salary: $128,800 to $170,000 annually + 14% target incentives

What you will do

• Execute principal delivery on largest and most complex client engagements, leading multiple resources.
• Assess team skillsets, identify gaps, and ensure quality delivery with QA oversight on SOWs and documentation.
• Achieve revenue targets through presales advisory, C-suite relationship ownership, and add-on service identification.
• Drive evolution of AI & Workforce Consulting methodology and agentization for competitive edge.
• Architect ROI-focused business cases for large-scale AI initiatives and identify market trends for new offerings.

Requirements

• Undergraduate degree (business or technology preferred); MA, MBA, or MSc beneficial.
• Certifications in User Adoption & Change Management, Organizational Change Management, or Project/Program Management valuable.
• 15+ years practical experience in business advisory/consulting within IT; minimum 10 years in User Adoption, Organizational Change Management, and technical advisory.
• C-Suite presence with proven trusted advisor status (CIO/CTO/CEO).
• Commercial acumen with success meeting revenue/influenced-sales targets in professional services.
• Strong business acumen, technology/change management knowledge, analytical, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
