What you will do

• Lead client engagements from pre-sale to up-sell, building consultative relationships with research analysts and investors.
• Conduct tailored AI product demonstrations focusing on sector coverage, earnings analysis, and valuation.
• Translate hirify.global's technical capabilities into tangible financial impact for equity research and investment management use cases.
• Collaborate with marketing to create content specific to the needs of financial coverage universes and publishing workflows.
• Act as the Voice of the Customer, synthesizing feedback to guide the product team from a financial services perspective.
• Perform research and analysis on competitors and target customers.

Requirements

• 3+ years of sell-side equity research experience.
• Must be based in New York City for on-site work.
• Proven executive engagement skills and ability to build credibility with key decision-makers.
• Outstanding presentation and demonstration skills.
• Experience in sales or investor-facing roles, managing relationships with buy-side clients or portfolio managers.
• Deep curiosity and passion for AI's application in the financial sector.
