Compensation: $103,700 - $124,400 (OTE), Base: $62,220 - $74,640

What you will do

• Conduct high-velocity outbound sales outreach to owners of accounting firms to drive client referrals.
• Utilize AI tools and data-driven targeting to identify and engage prospective partners.
• Perform detailed product demonstrations of the Accountant Dashboard and business banking solutions.
• Cultivate long-term relationships and manage a pipeline of onboarded accounting firms.
• Translate front-line feedback into strategic improvements for the partner channel sales playbook.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in inside sales focused on SMB owners.
• Proven track record of high performance (top 25% of peers).
• Bachelor's Degree.
• Proficiency with sales technology including Salesforce and Outreach.
• Must be based in the US to be eligible for company benefits.
