Location: Must be based in the U.S. (Remote or Hybrid in Palo Alto, CA).
Salary: $60,000 base + uncapped commission (OTE $90,000+).

What you will do
- Manage a large, warm pipeline of leads using Salesforce to prioritize deal readiness.
- Conduct high-volume call blocks to uncover homeowner goals and tailor financing options.
- Drive conversion from marketing qualified lead to funding through consultative selling.
- Collaborate with Operations, Underwriting, and Customer Success teams to ensure a smooth homeowner journey.
- Participate in coaching, role-plays, and performance reviews to iterate on sales tactics.
- Maintain high-quality documentation and pipeline discipline.
Requirements
- Must be based in the U.S.
- At least 1 year of phone sales experience in financial services or a related field.
- Must obtain and maintain a Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO) license within 60 days of hire.
- Strong computer skills and experience with CRM tools like Salesforce.
- Ability to travel for two mandatory onsite events per year.
- Must have a dedicated home office space without outside distraction.
Nice to have
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or a related field.
- Familiarity with U.S. real estate or mortgage processing.
