What you will do

• Manage the full sales cycle from initial conversation to closing for SMB merchants across various industries.
• Convert warm inbound leads generated by marketing, partnerships, and product interest.
• Execute outbound prospecting to identify and create new business opportunities.
• Qualify leads and deliver value-based, consultative product demos.
• Collaborate with Onboarding, Product, Marketing, and Support teams to improve the customer experience.
• Maintain accurate pipeline tracking and forecasting within Salesforce.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of inside sales or full-cycle closing experience, preferably in SaaS, payments, or SMB-focused environments.
• Proven track record of exceeding quotas in high-volume, short-cycle sales motions.
• Strong communication skills across phone, video, and written channels.
• Hunter's mindset with a focus on disciplined outbound outreach.
• Fluency in CRM tools, specifically Salesforce.
• Must be based in the United States.
