What you will do

• Provide administrative support to the sales team to facilitate operations.
• Manage CRM data entry, including sales orders, part numbers, commodity codes, and vendor qualification forms.
• Track and report on weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance and sales metrics.
• Prepare materials for customer meetings and calls, including updating presentations and gathering documentation.
• Conduct lead generation, qualification, and market research activities.
• Provide general ad-hoc administrative support for the local office.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in a support role.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to multi-task.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel (including VLOOKUP and other formulas), and PowerPoint.
• Must be based in Guadalajara, Mexico.
