Location: Must be based in Brazil, Colombia, Mexico, or Argentina

Compensation: $1,500 per month base pay plus 1% commission on closed deals

What you will do

• Identify and qualify prospects to build a robust sales pipeline
• Execute warm and cold outreach campaigns to generate interest
• Communicate the value proposition of the testing platform effectively
• Collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams to align strategies
• Maintain accurate records and track performance metrics within the CRM
• Meet conversion targets for meetings booked and sales-qualified opportunities

Requirements

• Must be based in Brazil, Colombia, Mexico, or Argentina
• Excellent written and spoken English proficiency
• Ideally one year of work experience as an SDR
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or Software Engineering preferred
• Strong ability to learn technical product details and articulate complex concepts
• Self-motivated, driven, and collaborative team player

Nice to have

• Experience with tools such as Apollo, MeetAlfred, ZoomInfo, Aircall, or Claude-Copilot
