What you will do

• Engage with customers via telephone and electronic inquiries to address administrative needs.
• Coordinate pre- and post-sale actions to ensure TIC certification requirements and timelines are met.
• Develop and share quotes using standardized pricing tools and process them into orders via ERP.
• Support account managers and SE/ISEs with a variety of administrative tasks.
• Collaborate with internal resources to resolve customer inquiries and ensure clear communication.
• Track account history and provide data to account owners to facilitate sales strategies.

Requirements

• High school diploma.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook) and CRM software.
• Under 1 year of related experience.
• Basic business acumen and understanding of sales processes.
• Strong communication and administrative skills.
• English proficiency preferred.
