What you will do

• Provide responsive L1/L2 IT support for engineers, developers, and operational staff across office and lab environments.
• Prepare, enroll, configure, and manage Windows, macOS, and Ubuntu endpoints throughout their lifecycle.
• Lead the local JumpCloud MDM rollout, including policies, compliance checks, and device health monitoring.
• Manage hardware procurement, asset inventory, device assignments, and lifecycle tracking in Jira Assets.
• Maintain meeting rooms, AV equipment, and conferencing systems based primarily on Google Meet, with Zoom Rooms and Microsoft Teams support.
• Support basic networking, office technology setups, documentation, and IT service processes in Jira Service Management.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in IT support or office-based technical support at L1/L2 level.
• Hands-on experience with Windows, macOS, and Ubuntu endpoint configuration, enrollment, and provisioning.
• Knowledge of MDM/EMM platforms and endpoint management principles; experience with JumpCloud, Jamf, Intune, or a similar solution.
• Experience supporting technical users, managing hardware procurement and asset registers, and working with ITSM platforms.
• Working knowledge of AV systems, Google Workspace administration, and basic networking concepts including VLANs, switch ports, cabling, and diagnostics.
• Ability to work independently in ambiguous situations while following security standards and wider IT policies.
