Location: Hybrid (Canada) - requires in-office presence 1-2 days a week

Salary: $61,000 - $70,000 CAD

What you will do

• Provide first-line IT support for hardware, software, network, and AV issues for remote and in-office staff.
• Manage the end-to-end employee onboarding and offboarding process, including accounts and device provisioning.
• Administer business applications including Google Workspace, Jira, and Slack.
• Configure and support a diverse fleet of macOS, Windows, iOS, and Android devices.
• Maintain hardware inventory and coordinate equipment upgrades and repairs.
• Optimize IT processes through documentation and the implementation of AI-enabled automation.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in IT support, service desk, or IT administration.
• Proficiency in supporting both macOS and Windows environments.
• Experience with Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, or Azure AD.
• Experience managing user permissions and account lifecycles.
• Familiarity with ticketing systems, preferably Jira.
• Must be based in Canada for hybrid office attendance.

Nice to have

• Experience with JumpCloud, Confluence, or Monday.com.
• Knowledge of device imaging and asset management.
• Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, HDI-CSR, or CCNA.
