What you will do

• Respond to daily IT support requests via the service desk.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and account access issues.
• Assist with employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Manage Google Workspace accounts, groups, and SSO permissions.
• Configure and deploy laptops for new team members.
• Create and maintain IT documentation and troubleshooting guides.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in an IT, Computer Science, or related program.
• Basic understanding of operating systems and workplace applications.
• Strong interest in IT support, cloud applications, and identity management.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Clear communication skills for technical and non-technical support.
• Attention to detail and willingness to document work processes.

Nice to have

• Previous experience in technical support or internships.
• Familiarity with Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, macOS, or Windows.
• Basic knowledge of SSO, MFA, or SaaS application management.
• Experience using ticketing or service desk systems.
