Salary: $120,000–$145,000 per year, plus equity and benefits.

What you will do
- Own the calendar and strategy for trade shows, conferences, field programs, and company-hosted events.
- Lead major trade shows end to end, including sponsorships, contracts, budgets, booth design, demonstrations, vendors, logistics, staffing, lead capture, and onsite execution.
- Create executive roundtables, customer gatherings, dinners, workshops, media experiences, open houses, partner programs, and other original event formats.
- Integrate events with demand generation, product marketing, content, social media, sales, and public relations campaigns.
- Develop speaking opportunities and thought-leadership programs for executives, technical experts, customers, and partners.
- Measure attendance, meetings, leads, pipeline, content performance, media results, and qualitative market feedback while building repeatable processes and playbooks.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in marketing events, field marketing, experiential marketing, conferences, or a related function.
- Hands-on experience managing complex trade shows or conferences from planning through onsite execution and follow-up.
- Strong organization and ownership across budgets, deadlines, vendors, shipments, speakers, stakeholders, and changing onsite conditions.
- Ability to combine strategic event planning with detailed operational execution and clear cross-functional communication.
- Experience connecting events to brand development, pipeline, customer relationships, content, public relations, and thought leadership.
- Ability to work in person at the San Francisco headquarters and travel approximately 25–30% of the time.

- Experience marketing technical B2B products in manufacturing, hardware, industrial technology, robotics, aerospace, automotive, medical devices, or enterprise software.
- Experience producing executive roundtables, customer summits, product launches, technical workshops, media events, or open houses.
- Experience with communications, PR, CRM, marketing automation, event registration, lead capture, or project-management systems.
- Experience handling technical demonstrations, machinery, complex physical products, freight, and installation requirements.
