TL;DR

Sales Commercial Intern (Italian) (Live Shopping): Building and developing a seller pipeline for live-streamed marketplace auctions with an accent on lead qualification, seller onboarding, and commercial growth. Location: Hybrid role based in the Amsterdam office, with a minimum of two office days per week. Applicants must be enrolled at an educational institution in the Netherlands for the entire internship.

What you will do

• Identify, qualify, and develop potential sellers for live-streamed auctions through online research, calls, and email.
• Activate high-potential leads and onboard sellers to the live-auction format.
• Guide sellers through pre- and post-live experiences and help them improve sales performance.
• Work with experts and internal stakeholders to understand categories and create seller growth plans.
• Develop educational content for the seller academy on live-auction selling.

Requirements

• Fluent Italian required.
• Fluent English required.
• Bachelor/HBO or master student in Business or a related field.
• Must remain enrolled at an educational institution in the Netherlands throughout the internship.
• Previous work experience, strong commercial and communication skills, and an entrepreneurial problem-solving mindset.
• Familiarity with Google Sheets and Google Slides.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of online streaming platforms such as Twitch, Whatnot, or TikTok.
• Passion for the online industry or experience with collecting special objects.
