Field Sales Representative

TL;DR

Field Sales Representative (Sales/Hospitality): Driving business growth by acquiring new restaurant partners for TheFork platform with an accent on cold-calling, walk-in visits, and consultative sales. Focus on closing deals, presenting software solutions, and expanding the network in the Rotterdam and The Hague regions.

Location: Must be based in or able to work in the Rotterdam/The Hague area (Netherlands). The role is hybrid with 2 days of home office per week.

What you will do

• Proactively contact and visit restaurant owners to present products and services.
• Execute daily sales activities including cold-calling, walk-ins, and scheduled meetings.
• Propose and sell software tools, booking widgets, and marketing solutions.
• Educate restaurant managers on the benefits of the TheFork Manager tool.
• Manage the full sales cycle from initial engagement to successful online publication.

Requirements

• Dutch: Fluent required
• English: Good command required
• Proven experience in B2B sales or business development.
• Strong negotiation and influencing skills with a focus on closing deals.
• Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
