What you will do

• Assist in business development and sales of specialty green coffee to roasters across the European market.
• Conduct active sales outreach via email and phone while maintaining the CRM database.
• Perform market analysis to identify and understand client requirements.
• Prepare product samples and promotional materials for prospective and existing clients.
• Collaborate with the team to maintain positive, long-term relationships with coffee roasters.

Requirements

• Must be based in Amsterdam, The Netherlands
• Currently pursuing a Bachelor or Master degree or equivalent.
• Full-time availability (40 hours/week) for a 6-month duration starting mid-August.
• Fluent in spoken and written English.
• Strong work ethic, resourcefulness, and a willingness to learn new sales techniques.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in Dutch, French, Spanish, Italian, Polish, or German.
• Knowledge of or genuine interest in the specialty coffee industry.
• Persistent curiosity and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
