Strategic Partnerships Manager (AI)

What you will do

• Build and execute partnership strategies, including team training, joint operations, and stakeholder alignment.
• Manage the full enterprise partnership lifecycle from implementation through expansion and renewal.
• Represent customer needs and develop joint solutions based on financial-services workflows.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and go-to-market teams to deliver customer solutions.
• Define partnership KPIs, reporting, and success measurement.
• Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and help close multi-million-dollar contracts.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in a front-office finance role.
• Outstanding project management and communication skills.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and action-oriented.
• Ability to balance creative problem-solving with effective execution.
• Comfort working hands-on with users and navigating ambiguity.

Nice to have

• Experience as an early employee at a hyper-growth startup.
• Knowledge of LLMs, including the ability to explain how transformers work.
