Senior Sales Engineer (Automation)

What you will do

• Partner with ANZ Enterprise Sales teams and own technical activities throughout the sales cycle.
• Qualify opportunities, participate in account strategy, and develop strong value propositions.
• Deliver tailored demos, RFX responses, proofs of value, and executive-level presentations.
• Design secure on-premises, hybrid, and public-cloud hirify.global solution architectures.
• Address customer concerns about technical capabilities, information security, and platform architecture.
• Collaborate with Customer Success, Professional Services, Product, and Marketing teams on delivery, enablement, events, and product feedback.

Requirements

• Enterprise-level experience in client-facing presales, sales engineering, or solution architecture.
• Strong combination of technical, business, sales, communication, discovery, and relationship-building skills.
• Experience with process discovery, process mining, process orchestration, automation solutions, and AI technologies including LLMs and agents.
• Solid understanding of cloud and virtualization technologies.
• Fluent written and spoken English is mandatory.
• Willingness to travel and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

• SAP knowledge.
