Location: Remote (Must be based in Australia)

What you will do

  • Develop and execute comprehensive territory and account plans to consistently exceed quarterly and annual sales metrics.
  • Lead end-to-end, value-driven enterprise sales cycles employing "Land & Expand" strategies.
  • Orchestrate cross-functional teams, providing guidance to BDRs, Field Marketing, and Channel Directors.
  • Collaborate with Pre-Sales Engineering to scope and deliver impactful Proof of Concepts (POCs) and technical proposals.
  • Manage strategic co-sell relationships with public cloud partners including AWS, Google Cloud, and Microsoft Azure.
  • Maintain rigorous CRM hygiene within Salesforce.com for accurate reporting and forecasting.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 7+ years of experience meeting or exceeding quotas selling technical enterprise software.
  • Experience with structured sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC, consultative selling, or value selling.
  • Proven track record of presenting to and managing relationships with C-level executives.
  • Ability to communicate effectively across both business and technical stakeholders.
  • Must be based in Australia.

Nice to have

  • Experience selling NoSQL, relational databases, or data platforms, preferably into the Financial Services sector.
  • Knowledge of commercial open-source software (COSS) business models.
  • Deep understanding of cloud provider ecosystems (AWS, GCP, Azure), ETL, and Generative AI integrations.
  • Experience working in an agile, high-growth software environment.
