Location: Sydney, Melbourne (in-person presence required for meetings and presentations)

What you will do

  • Own and manage a partner portfolio of ambassadors and strategic partners across Accounting, vCFO, Business Advisory, and Ecommerce Agency verticals.
  • Lead the end-to-end partnership lifecycle, including prospecting, contracting, onboarding, and activation.
  • Implement engagement strategies to maximize referral volume and ensure partners remain active and commercially impactful.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, legal, strategy, operations, and finance teams to ensure a seamless partner experience.
  • Ideate and experiment with new go-to-market strategies to scale the hirify.global partner network in Australia.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in partnership roles, software sales, or business development.
  • Must be based in or able to work in Sydney or Melbourne to conduct in-person presentations and meetings.
  • Proven track record in tech partnership channel sales.
  • Existing strong network of referral partners in the accounting or finance industries.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.

Nice to have

  • Prior experience in FinTech or SaaS.
  • Professional background as an accountant.
