What you will do
- Own and manage a partner portfolio of ambassadors and strategic partners across Accounting, vCFO, Business Advisory, and Ecommerce Agency verticals.
- Lead the end-to-end partnership lifecycle, including prospecting, contracting, onboarding, and activation.
- Implement engagement strategies to maximize referral volume and ensure partners remain active and commercially impactful.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, legal, strategy, operations, and finance teams to ensure a seamless partner experience.
- Ideate and experiment with new go-to-market strategies to scale the partner network in Australia.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in partnership roles, software sales, or business development.
- Must be based in or able to work in Sydney or Melbourne to conduct in-person presentations and meetings.
- Proven track record in tech partnership channel sales.
- Existing strong network of referral partners in the accounting or finance industries.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.

- Prior experience in FinTech or SaaS.
- Professional background as an accountant.
