What you will do

• Build and manage strategic enterprise accounts across Poland, primarily in Consumer & Retail.
• Identify opportunities for conversational AI, customer engagement, contact-center automation, and operational efficiency.
• Lead complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles and develop business cases for senior executives and economic buyers.
• Develop account strategies and expand adoption of voice agents, IVR modernization, virtual agents, and in-app assistants.
• Advise C-suite and senior operations leaders on generative AI, voice interfaces, and conversational agents.
• Partner with Customer Success, Field Development Engineering, and Solutions Engineering on onboarding, deployment, and account expansion.

Requirements

• 7+ years of quota-carrying strategic sales experience in SaaS or technology.
• Proven success closing complex enterprise deals involving business, IT, legal, and procurement stakeholders.
• Established network among senior decision-makers in the Polish Consumer & Retail sector, with strong C-suite and board-level presence.
• Experience selling technical solutions to product and engineering leaders and translating technology into business value.
• Understanding of enterprise procurement and legal processes in Poland.
• Native or full professional proficiency in Polish and strong English for internal collaboration.

• Experience with AI, generative AI, LLM-based products, or API-driven platforms.
• Expertise in conversational AI, voice technology, or audio AI.
