TL;DR

Salary: $150,000–$320,000 (OTE)

What you will do

  • Manage a named account list of 50 Fortune 250 prospects from initial contact to contract signature.
  • Partner with Solutions Engineering and Customer Success to design and execute complex proofs of value.
  • Forecast pipeline and sales targets with high accuracy and discipline.
  • Gather market intelligence on buyers and competitors to sharpen go-to-market strategy.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and Finance to drive deal success.
  • Support recruitment and onboarding of new team members as the organization scales.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the US with a strong preference for the East Coast time zone.
  • Proven track record of hitting ARR targets above $1M per year over the last 3 years.
  • Deep experience in complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise sales within the contact center space.
  • Expertise in B2C sales for Banking, Insurance, Healthcare, Travel, or Telecom sectors.
  • Fluency in contact center KPIs, QA, and coaching processes.
  • Ability to lead high-visibility engagements including executive briefings and industry conferences.
