Salary: $150,000–$320,000 (OTE)

What you will do
- Manage a named account list of 50 Fortune 250 prospects from initial contact to contract signature.
- Partner with Solutions Engineering and Customer Success to design and execute complex proofs of value.
- Forecast pipeline and sales targets with high accuracy and discipline.
- Gather market intelligence on buyers and competitors to sharpen go-to-market strategy.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and Finance to drive deal success.
- Support recruitment and onboarding of new team members as the organization scales.
Requirements
- Must be based in the US with a strong preference for the East Coast time zone.
- Proven track record of hitting ARR targets above $1M per year over the last 3 years.
- Deep experience in complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise sales within the contact center space.
- Expertise in B2C sales for Banking, Insurance, Healthcare, Travel, or Telecom sectors.
- Fluency in contact center KPIs, QA, and coaching processes.
- Ability to lead high-visibility engagements including executive briefings and industry conferences.
