What you will do
- Serve as the primary customer contact for analytical topics throughout project execution.
- Plan and execute analytical projects in collaboration with Process Development, Manufacturing, QA, QC, and other cross-functional teams.
- Lead the development, validation, and implementation of HPLC and GC methods.
- Provide scientific and technical leadership to multifunctional project teams and external customers.
- Evaluate and implement emerging analytical technologies and innovative solutions.
- Lead and develop the laboratory team while promoting collaboration and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Ph.D. in Chemistry, Pharmacy, or a related field, or a Master’s degree with relevant professional experience.
- Strong general knowledge of analytical methods and in-depth chromatography expertise.
- Experience with cGMP, API development, project management, and statistics is advantageous.
- Reliable, flexible, customer-focused, and quality-oriented approach.
- Strong communication skills in German and English are required.
