What you will do

• Lead end-to-end delivery projects for financial institutions, designing operating models and managing technical implementations.
• Deliver cross-functional strategic projects sponsored by the Executive Committee across Product, Operations, Compliance, and Technology.
• Perform blockchain forensics, source-of-funds analyses, and crypto due diligence reports using intelligence tools.
• Support commercial priorities and contribute to sales RFPs/RFIs.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Technology, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in top-tier consulting or project management within financial services/fintech.
• Solid understanding of blockchain, custody, tokenization, staking, and the digital asset ecosystem.
• Fluent in French and English.
• Willingness to travel to client locations as required.
