What you will do

• Lead the end-to-end delivery lifecycle for complex enterprise and institutional client engagements.
• Shape solution needs, scope, success criteria, operational expectations, and executable delivery plans with clients and Commercial teams.
• Manage multi-workstream programs, including governance, resources, vendors, dependencies, milestones, risks, budgets, and change control.
• Coordinate Engineering, Product, Integration, external partners, and client teams to ensure feasible and predictable execution.
• Own testing coordination, go-live planning, operational readiness, support models, and transition to long-term operations.
• Provide executive-level reporting, lead client steering committee discussions, and drive continuous improvement across delivery practices.

Requirements

• 7–12 years of experience in enterprise delivery leadership, program management, or project management within banking, financial services, fintech, or technology infrastructure.
• Experience delivering large-scale, multi-system solutions and multi-workstream programs in regulated environments, including banking, custody, payments, or capital markets.
• Proven ability to lead high-performing cross-functional teams and manage senior client and internal stakeholders.
• Strong knowledge of delivery governance, dependency management, risk control, operational readiness, cloud, hybrid deployments, DevOps, and CI/CD execution.
• Experience applying agile, hybrid, and waterfall delivery models according to project context.
• Swiss German, German, and English are required.

Nice to have

• Experience with blockchain, digital asset, or crypto infrastructure projects for institutional clients.
• Exposure to Avaloq, Temenos, Sopra, or similar core banking platforms.
• Experience in managed services, client operations, consulting, system integration, or support leadership.
• PMP, PRINCE2, SAFe, or similar project management certification.
• French or Italian language skills and interest in progressing toward Director-level delivery leadership.
