What you will do

• Coordinate end-to-end delivery of client projects for enterprise and institutional engagements.
• Manage project administration, documentation, and maintain project trackers and dashboards.
• Prepare status reports, meeting agendas, and track project actions, risks, and issues.
• Coordinate stakeholder engagements, workshops, and onboard new team members.
• Support budget tracking, resource allocation, and contribute to PMO process improvements.
• Ensure strict compliance with project management standards and governance frameworks.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in project coordination, PMO support, or project administration.
• Experience supporting technical or enterprise projects, preferably in fintech or technology environments.
• Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira, Asana, Monday, or MS Project.
• Languages: Swiss German, German, and English are required.
• Location: Must be based in Switzerland (Zurich or Geneva).

Nice to have

• Exposure to blockchain, digital assets, or crypto infrastructure projects.
• Familiarity with financial services operations, banking systems, or regulated environments.
• Experience with agile or hybrid delivery methodologies.
• CAPM, PSM, or similar project management certifications.
