Salary: $130k – $190k + Equity

What you will do

• Drive adoption and embed the hirify.global platform within high-value customer organizations to ensure ease of use.
• Translate platform functionality into quantifiable ROI and business cases aligned with client strategic goals.
• Serve as a trusted technical and commercial advisor, ensuring solutions are fully embedded in workflows and change management.
• Collaborate with Sales and Deployment teams to identify growth opportunities and solve customer pain points.
• Design and deliver tailored training sessions and workshops aligned with customer goals and workflows.

Requirements

• Significant experience in enterprise account engagement and client strategy, ideally from a large consulting organization.
• Technical background in software engineering or other relevant technical experience.
• Proven ability to develop tangible customer value and ROI frameworks mapping to business priorities.
• Proficiency in programming, data integration, and tools like macros to create tailored solutions.
• Current and unrestricted working rights to work in the USA; no visa sponsorship available.
