What you will do

• Lead advisory engagements from presales qualification through workshops, use-case selection, final readouts, and statement-of-work quality.
• Shape and sell advisory engagements alongside Account Executives and lead advisory discussions with enterprise clients.
• Develop an industry-specific point of view on AI use cases, best practices, technology, and buyer intelligence.
• Coordinate Solutions Engineers, Designers, Tech Leads, and DSGs without directly managing them.
• Capture field learnings and improve the advisory playbook with delivery stakeholders.
• Coach and manage Consultants and contribute to Consultant hiring.

Requirements

• Senior manager or principal-equivalent experience at a Tier 1 consulting firm, with 7+ years of professional experience.
• Experience in AI strategy or transformation, engagement scoping, proposals, and pitching.
• Ability to identify where AI can create business value and shape practical enterprise use cases.
• Technical credibility in AI builds and ability to collaborate closely with Solutions Engineers.
• Experience with strategy, operating models, governance, change management, executive storytelling, and client workshops.
• Willingness to travel 30–60%, potentially including international trips.

Nice to have

• Deep expertise in Consumer, Financial and Professional Services, or Healthcare and Life Sciences.
• Experience developing or deploying GenAI applications in an enterprise environment.
