What you will do

• Develop and execute a tiered conference and event strategy to enhance the firm's brand and thought leadership.
• Manage the GS Speakers Bureau, sourcing diverse internal and external talent for high-impact engagements.
• Partner with business units to define objectives, vet speakers, and ensure compliance with firm standards.
• Implement AI-enabled solutions for speaker research, profile management, and operational workflow automation.
• Oversee data management and reporting via Salesforce and internal engagement hubs.
• Coordinate logistics and briefing materials to ensure a seamless experience for senior leadership and external speakers.

Requirements
