What you will do

• Lead strategic planning and high-velocity execution for SGP core capabilities, including orchestration layers, model serving, and APIs.
• Manage complex technical dependencies across systems engineering, Core ML, Research, and Product teams.
• Translate infrastructure metrics, such as LLM inference optimization and GPU utilization, into actionable roadmaps.
• Proactively identify and mitigate technical risks unique to massive-scale GenAI infrastructure and global deployments.
• Establish lightweight agile processes and define SLOs to ensure production-grade reliability for clients.
• Track and report adoption metrics, delivery forecasts, and engineering bottlenecks directly to executive leadership.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a TPM, PM, or SWE with a track record of building and shipping technical products or platforms from scratch.
• 3+ years of dedicated experience managing programs focused on core engineering infrastructure, cloud-native ecosystems (AWS/GCP), or Kubernetes.
• Foundational understanding of the Generative AI lifecycle, including high-throughput data pipelines and GPU/CPU cluster utilization.
• Proven ability to influence executive-level stakeholders and translate architectural challenges into business impacts.
• Advanced proficiency with iterative development methodologies and modern project management tooling like Linear or Jira.

Nice to have

• Strong software engineering fundamentals with prior professional experience as an SWE, DevOps Engineer, or Data Developer.
• Proven success driving the internal adoption of technical platforms, SDKs, or APIs across product lines.
• Direct experience with large-scale data quality pipelines, distributed vector databases, or AI inference engines like Triton or Ray.
