What you will do

• Own product delivery execution for multiple squads, managing sprint planning, stand-ups, backlog refinement, and retrospectives.
• Establish company-wide delivery discipline, including cadences, definitions of done, and reporting standards to make delivery predictable.
• Implement an async-first operating model to bridge communication between New York and European teams via written summaries and decision logs.
• Manage cross-team dependencies across six squads and shared data/algorithm teams to mitigate risks.
• Track and report delivery health metrics such as throughput, predictability, and cycle time.
• Maintain Jira and Confluence as the primary sources of truth for epics, timelines, and reporting.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience driving delivery for multiple technical teams as a TPM, senior Scrum Master, or Delivery Lead.
• Proven track record of establishing or maturing a delivery function or agile practice within an organization.
• Experience managing distributed teams across different time zones with established synchronization mechanisms.
• Strong async communication skills and a documentation-first mindset.
• Proficiency in Scrum, Kanban, and scaled agile frameworks tailored to technical, data-heavy products.
• Expert-level command of Jira and Confluence for dashboards, workflows, and reporting.

Nice to have

• Experience in fintech, capital markets, or RegTech, particularly with data- or algorithm-heavy products.
• Familiarity with trade surveillance, transaction monitoring, or crypto/digital asset markets.
• Experience standing up a delivery or PMO function inside a scaling Series B/C company.
• Certifications such as CSM, PSM, PMP, or SAFe.
