What you will do

• Coordinate complex technical programs across multiple teams to drive measurable outcomes.
• Manage technical dependencies and risks across hardware engineering, software development, and cloud operations.
• Sustain and improve operational processes to scale the Nebius Compute platform.
• Collaborate with external technology partners and vendors during hardware bring-up.
• Assist engineering teams with technical coordination, documentation, and issue investigation.

Requirements

• 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in technical program management.
• Proven ability to manage long-running infrastructure programs with complex technical milestones.
• Strong technical curiosity and the ability to communicate effectively with systems engineers.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for cross-functional relationship management.
• Authorization to work in the country of application is mandatory.

Nice to have

• Experience in Cloud computing, high-performance computing (HPC), or accelerated computing.
• Knowledge of device drivers, the Linux kernel, virtualization technologies, or firmware development.
